Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases, orders, quotes and use of the Aero Timber & Hardware website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Business Information
Aero Timber & Hardware Sales Pty Ltd supplies timber, fencing materials, galvanised steel products, gate frames, concrete and associated hardware to public, trade and wholesale customers.
2. Product Information
We aim to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, availability and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.
Timber is a natural product and variations in colour, grain, knots, texture and appearance may occur. Product images are provided as a guide and individual products may vary in appearance.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products, dimensions, quantities and lengths selected are suitable for their intended project before ordering.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an online order is the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or system errors where permitted by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
4. Quotes
Quotes supplied by Aero Timber & Hardware are based on the information, measurements and quantities provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all products, quantities, measurements and specifications shown on a quote before accepting it.
Unless otherwise stated on the quote, availability and pricing are subject to confirmation when an order is placed.
5. Custom-Made and Cut-to-Size Products
Customers must carefully check all measurements and specifications before approving custom-made, cut-to-size or specially ordered products.
Once production or cutting has commenced, an order may not be able to be changed or cancelled.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for products manufactured, cut or specially ordered to a customer's specifications. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Aero Timber & Hardware.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout or otherwise agreed with Aero Timber & Hardware.
We reserve the right to contact a customer if clarification is required regarding an order before it is processed.

Orders are generally prepared for collection within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Customers requiring same-day collection should call (02) 9605 1222 before arriving to confirm stock availability and collection time.
8. Delivery
Delivery is available to eligible areas across Sydney.
Delivery availability and charges may depend on the delivery postcode, products ordered, quantity and other delivery requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring reasonable and safe access to the nominated delivery location.
Additional arrangements or charges may apply where delivery requirements differ from those selected or quoted.
9. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Website Information
We take reasonable care to keep information on our website accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing and other information may change.
If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer where necessary to discuss the available options.
11. Project and Installation Responsibility
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Aero Timber & Hardware supplies materials only and does not provide engineering, structural design or installation advice.
Customers are responsible for determining the suitability, quantity and installation requirements of products for their particular project and should obtain appropriate professional or contractor advice where required.
