Shipping, Delivery & Collection Policy
Aero Timber & Hardware offers delivery across eligible Sydney areas as well as collection from our Ingleburn timber yard.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is available to selected Sydney suburbs and surrounding areas.
Customers can enter their delivery address and postcode during checkout to determine whether delivery is available and view the applicable delivery charge.
If your postcode is not currently available at checkout, please contact us on (02) 9605 1222 to discuss whether delivery can be arranged.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery area/postcode and are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
For large, unusual or special orders, additional delivery arrangements may be required. If this applies to an order, Aero Timber & Hardware will contact the customer before delivery.
Delivery Address & Site Access
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
The delivery location must have safe and reasonable access for our delivery vehicle and unloading of materials.
Customers should advise us before delivery of any access restrictions or conditions that may affect delivery, including narrow streets, restricted vehicle access, gates, steep or difficult access, construction sites or other obstacles.
Where safe or reasonable delivery cannot be completed due to site access or circumstances outside our control, the order may need to be returned to our yard and additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Delivery Times
Delivery timing will depend on the delivery area, stock availability, order size and our delivery schedule.
Where possible, customers will be advised of delivery arrangements once their order has been processed.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Receiving Your Delivery
Customers should check their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you believe products are missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly on (02) 9605 1222 with your order details.
Issues with products will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ingleburn Pickup
Customers can select Pickup during checkout at no delivery charge.
