Return & Refund Policy
At Aero Timber & Hardware Sales Pty Ltd, we aim to supply quality products and ensure orders are supplied correctly.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products, sizes, quantities and measurements carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantities ordered, or where a customer has selected the incorrect product, size or length.
Custom-Made, Cut-to-Size & Special Order Products
Products that have been custom-made, cut to a customer's requested size, specially ordered or manufactured to customer specifications cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This includes custom-made gate frames and materials cut or prepared specifically for a customer's order.
Timber Products
Timber is a natural product and may contain variations in colour, grain, knots and appearance. Minor variations that are normal characteristics of timber are not considered faults.
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after collection or delivery and contact us promptly if they believe there is an issue with their order.
Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Products
If you believe an item supplied is incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact Aero Timber & Hardware as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the product.
We may need to inspect or assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the failure.
Proof of Purchase
Please retain your invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase when requesting a return, refund or other remedy.
